M3AAWG welcomes proposal submissions for keynotes, sessions, panels, and training sessions for the following meetings:

63rd General Meeting - February 17 - 20, 2025 (Lisbon, Portugal) Submission deadline - December 2, 2024

64th General Meeting - June 2-5, 2025 (Vancouver, Canada) Submission Deadline - April 7, 2024

65th General Meeting - October 13-16, 2025 (Charlotte, NC) Submission Deadline: August 11, 2025
We are currently seeking proposals for in-person sessions only. You can find meeting information here.
Sessions generally involve a single speaker or panels (up to six people) and are typically 30-40 minutes long with time allotted for Q&A.
Topics submissions should align with the M3AAWG Priorities, Focus Areas and Initiatives
